RAPP — Police Registration Platform
An integrated registration platform within the Vernieuwd Registreren programme. Its aims include replacing legacy systems, recording information once for reuse, reducing duplicate entry and supporting WPG compliance by design.
The Vernieuwd Registreren programme aims to help police officers and investigators record information consistently and through a user-friendly interface. It aims to replace several legacy registration systems with one integrated platform: Registratie Applicatie Politie Processen (RAPP).
RAPP is intended to provide one central collection of information, with data recorded once and reused where needed. The programme aims to reduce duplicate entry, support work independent of location and time, and meet the requirements of the Dutch Police Data Act (WPG) by design.
Its wider objective is a stable, future-ready registration system that reduces administrative work and saves time for police operations.
