Java Developer

February 2026: Java development for the RAPP platform within the Vernieuwd Registreren programme, which aims to replace legacy police registration systems with one integrated platform. The programme focuses on consistent data entry, reuse of information, reduced duplication and compliance with the Dutch Police Data Act (WPG) by design.

View details

The Vernieuwd Registreren program aims to help police officers and investigators record information consistently and through a user-friendly interface. It aims to replace several legacy registration systems with one integrated platform: Registratie Applicatie Politie Processen (RAPP).

RAPP is intended to provide one central collection of information, with data recorded once and reused where needed. The programme aims to reduce duplicate entry, support work independent of location and time, and meet the requirements of the Dutch Police Data Act (WPG) by design.

Its wider objective is a stable, future-ready registration system that reduces administrative work and saves time for police operations.
